Confirming your reservation implies understanding and accepting the present General Terms of the Agreement.
Prices are subject to a 21% service charge and government tax. Food and Beverage prices are valid for a minimum of 10 guests Price is subject to change without prior notice.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required immediately to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid up to 30 days before the event. Any extra charges which may occur must be paid at the latest five days after the final invoice given by Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud. The resort accepts payments via telegraphic money transfer or credit card. Please refer to the details in the proforma invoice received following the signing of this agreement. Failure to finalize the remittance will be due to agreement termination without prejudice to any other rights that may occur.
The price invoiced to the client by Arkamara Diwa Ubud is the price indicated in the contract. Any last-minute changes requested by the client will require written confirmation by Arkamara Diwa Ubud. The number of event guests must be informed latest 14 days before the event. The final invoice will be based on this figure even if a last-minute cancellation occurs. Cancellation Policy
Less than 90 days- 50 % of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit. Less than 30 days - 100 %of the estimated total amount.
A deposit that has been paid or transferred in this circumstance is not reimbursable. The agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
The person organizing and/or paying for the event shall be liable to pay for any damage, loss, or breakage to any part of the properties, including the venue and all equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, chinaware, crockery or glassware that has been intentionally or unintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event.
