Bookings can be made online through our website, over the phone, or via authorized third-party agents. All bookings require confirmation of payment or credit card details to secure the reservation.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Special conditions apply for peak seasons and special offers. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment.
