Room rates include breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and tax and service charges unless otherwise specified.

What is Your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer three cancellation policies: 7 days prior to arrival, 14 days prior to arrival, and non-refundable. The applicable policy depends on the rate plan selected when making your reservation. For eligible refunds, please allow 14–21 working days for the process to be completed.

How can I check the availability of rooms and rates?

Go to our instant confirmation booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates. The search engine will then generate room availability and rates. Special rates are only valid if you book through www.arkamara.com. Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
    Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.
    Rates may change without prior notice.

Are your hotel rates per room or person?

Displayed rates are per room, NOT per person. As a general policy, we allow two adults per room. An extra bed/cot can be added and will be charged in line with our policy.

Guests can enjoy a rotating program of immersive activities such as Yoga Class at the Yoga Shala, Morning Rice Paddies Trekking, Canang Sari Making, Balinese Secret Recipe Sessions, Balinese Dance Class, “Rindik” Traditional Music Experience, Boreh Making, Mixology Class, Sound Bath Journey, and Discovering the Art of Woodcarving.

In addition, guests are entitled to a complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Ubud Centre, allowing convenient access to the town’s cultural highlights.

Each stay also includes a one-time afternoon tea experience at our rooftop venue, overlooking the rice fields and Ubud jungle, offering a curated moment to unwind and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
