Begin by heading to the morning market (pasar pagi) with Chef Gede to purchase the freshest ingredients.

12:00 PM ———————— Chef Gede will plate the dishes from your cookery class.

After completing your lunch, the class will continue as you make your own Balinese dessert of ‘Dadar Gulung’ (delicious Balinese crepes with palm sugar and coconut).

Your cookery class is completed with certificates, aprons, and a recipe book as souvenirs.
