are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in all our unit hotels.


are your hotel rates per room or person?

Room rates include breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and tax and service charges unless otherwise specified.


can i make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?

Yes. Please amend your booking on our website or send an email to our reservation department for assistance at [email protected] with the title "Change of Reservation" Please note that any change is subject to room availability.


do you provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, we offer airport pick-up for an additional IDR 600K NET/CAR/WAY charge. Please ask our reservation team when you make a booking.


how can i check the availability of rooms and rates?
