Yes. Please amend your booking on our website or send an email to our reservation department at [email protected] with the title "Change of Reservation". Please note that any change is subject to room availability.
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount. We will fully refund your payment or deposit for any cancellation requested more than 7 days in advance. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days.
