How can I check the availability of rooms and rates?
- Go to our instant confirmation booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates. The search engine will then generate room availability and rates.
- Special internet rates are only valid if you book through www.dijiwasanctuaries.com
- Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.
- Rates may change without prior notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
- If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night's room rate, with a refund issued for the remaining balance.
- For cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance, we will provide a full refund of your payment or deposit. Please be aware that refund conditions depend on the specific rates and promotions associated with your booking.

- Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
