Can I make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?
  • Yes. Please amend your booking on our website or send an email to our reservation department for assistance at [email protected]  with the title "Change of Reservation"
  • Please note that any change is subject to room availability.

How can I check the availability of rooms and rates?
  • Go to our instant confirmation booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates. The search engine will then generate room availability and rates.
  • Special internet rates are only valid if you book through www.dijiwasanctuaries.com 
  • Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
  • Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.
  • Rates may change without prior notice.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night's room rate, with a refund issued for the remaining balance.
  • For cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance, we will provide a full refund of your payment or deposit. Please be aware that refund conditions depend on the specific rates and promotions associated with your booking. 
  • Different cancellation policies may be applicable to certain rates or packages, kindly reach out to our reservation team at +6281990071888 for additional information and assitance.
  • Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.

Do you provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?
  • Yes, we offer airport pick-up service with additional charge IDR 650.000 net/car/way. Please ask our reservation team when you make a booking.
