As we step into the New Year, Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud begins 2026 with a renewed commitment to caring for what matters most, our guests, our community, and the natural environment that surrounds us.

Nestled in the heart of Ubud, where nature, culture, and tranquility exist in perfect balance, we believe that meaningful hospitality goes beyond comfort. It is about creating experiences that are conscious, respectful, and sustainable. This New Year, we are proud to introduce 1 in 3 Green, a new initiative designed to support a better and more responsible future for travel.

What is 1 in 3 Green?

1 in 3 Green is a mindful initiative where full room cleaning is provided once every three days, while daily trash collection and refreshment remain available to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

With an average guest length of stay of 3.24 nights, this approach allows us to reduce unnecessary resource usage without affecting the peaceful experience you expect at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud. In most cases, one full cleaning upon arrival is all that is needed, creating a thoughtful balance between comfort and conservation.

Why Does It Matters?

Small changes can create a powerful impact. Through 1 in 3 Green, we are able to significantly reduce our environmental footprint by:

  • Using 49% less water
  • Reducing 53% of detergent usage
  • Lowering 53% of chemical concentrate consumption
  • Saving 58% of electricity

These reductions help protect Bali’s natural resources, minimize chemical runoff, and support healthier ecosystems, ensuring that the beauty of Ubud can be enjoyed today and preserved for generations to come.

By choosing to stay with us, you become part of this positive change. This simple act helps conserve precious water, reduce energy use, and protect the surrounding ecosystem, creating a meaningful collective impact. 1 in 3 Green is our invitation to you to slow down, stay mindfully, and help preserve the natural beauty of Ubud for generations to come. Thank you for being part of a more responsible future of travel.
