can i make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes. Please amend your booking on our website or send an email to our reservation department for assistance at [email protected] with the title "Change of Reservation". Please note that any change is subject to room availability.
what is your cancellation policy?
We offer three cancellation policies: 7 days prior to arrival, 14 days prior to arrival, and non-refundable. The applicable policy depends on the rate plan selected when making your reservation. For eligible refunds, please allow 14–21 working days for the process to be completed.
