If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 3 days before arrival, you will be charged the total of room rate.
We will refund your payment or deposit FULLY for any cancellation requested more than 3 days in advance.
Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
